I purchased the Stag S3 belt drive model with a customized auto glass door cabin inside a regular shaft for my G+2 home. It's been little over a year & we are absolutely delighted with our lift. The cabin came out better than expected & guests are in awe the moment they step in. Unlike a conventional lift, no pit & overhead room are required. All modern convenience & Safety features come in as standard. You don't get stuck during a power outage or no matter what you do. Safety redundancies automatically kick in. Periodical regular maintenance is NOT required. I was skeptical when Stag said AMC is not required at the time of purchase. But, true to their word, a yearly service usually does the job. This was important as we live in a rural area. They taught me to clean my pit which we do once in two months. We had our yearly service last month. I got the lift at a very competitive price. They way I looked at it; Stag is priced at little more than a conventional lift but they payoff is incomparable to what Stag offers. At the same time, Stag is priced sensibly than what other true home elevators offer in the market. I felt some of the quotes were a rip-off. Honestly, I would strongly recommend Stag to any home. They are priced appropriately, hassle-free & genuine.

From my very first call through to the completion of the installation, the entire experience was truly excellent. Everything was transparent right from the start. From helping me select the right model to clearly explaining the pricing, every detail was communicated upfront. Once everything was finalized, there were absolutely no hidden charges or unexpected costs. The entire team was highly responsive, professional, and efficient. Team: Some of their CRM representatives are exceptionally prompt and supportive. In our case, Ms. Harshita coordinated the project very efficiently. A few of their technicians are also highly knowledgeable and experienced. If such team members are assigned to your project, the entire process becomes smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we are happy with our experience for a customized home elevator. We have been using the elevator for the past 18 days, and so far, everything has been working well.
