Allan R. Did a phenomenal job. 12pt gloss cover kept jamming and we couldn't figure it out. Trade show this weekend, Allan came in the morning and started checking the machine for what could be causing the issue. He stayed until almost 3 o'clock troubleshooting. He found the fix and it's working beautifully! He was awesome and so positive. Thank you guys! Always great customer service!
