We booked a taxi to take us to the airport this Morning, had the confirmation text and no one has shown up. Rang the office and rang the mobile number we had the text from, no answer. This has made us late to the airport and not started our holiday well. Will never use them again.
Ahmad was absolutely brilliant turned up on time for an early pickup for 5 people and was there waiting for us on our return to Birmingham airport. I would definitely recommend Star Taxis. We will definitely be using again whenever we need a taxi, nothing was too much trouble for Ahmad even when we had to change our departure and return times.
