World Class is not just their name. It is genuinely how they do business. I have only written three Google reviews in more than a decade, so I do not write these very often. But every once in a while, you have an experience with a company that is so exceptional that you feel compelled to tell other people about it. That has absolutely been our experience with World Class Rental. I found World Class while looking for a furnished residence, and the property itself has exceeded every expectation. The apartment is beautiful, the building is exceptional, the amenities are outstanding, and the neighborhood and location are fantastic. It feels like a real home, not a temporary rental. And then there is the view: we look directly at the Statue of Liberty. Seeing it in the early morning, especially before sunrise, is something I still stop and appreciate. On the residence alone, this would easily be a five-star review. But the residence is only half the story. What has made this experience truly extraordinary is the World Class team. From our very first interaction, they have been remarkably responsive, thoughtful, professional and accommodating. Questions are answered almost immediately. Details are handled. Plans change, as they sometimes do in real life, and instead of making things complicated, they work with you. At every turn, the experience has been, “How can we help?” That is not a slogan or a single good interaction. After weeks of dealing with them, it is clearly the way this company operates. That distinction matters enormously when you are choosing a furnished residence. You are not buying a product or simply booking a room for one night. You are trusting a company with your home for a period of your life. You need the property to be what was promised, but you also need to know there are competent, decent human beings behind it if something changes or you need help. World Class earned that trust before we arrived and then continued earning it throughout our stay. In fact, the longer we have been here, the more impressed I have become. Their service did not taper off once the reservation was booked. It remained every bit as attentive afterward, which tells me this is culture, not salesmanship. I have worked with and been a customer of many companies over the years, and great service is easy to talk about but surprisingly difficult to deliver consistently. World Class does it exceptionally well. They combine a beautiful, premium product with something even more valuable: the feeling that the company genuinely cares about the people it serves. That is what turns a great apartment into a memorable experience, and it is why this review is ultimately much more about the company than the property. If you are reading reviews because you are considering booking with World Class, I can make that decision easy for you: I would book with them again without hesitation, and I would recommend them to family, friends, colleagues or anyone else whose trust matters to me. The apartment, building, amenities and view have all been beyond expectations, but the World Class team is the reason the experience has been tremendous. To everyone at World Class, thank you. The hosts are very kind, always reachable, and helpful with any questions. The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious, and clean. It was exactly as described and very well equipped with everything you need and more, which is especially convenient for a longer stay. The check-in process was easy, quick, and very modern. Overall, it offers great value for money. I can definitely recommend both the apartment and the hosts.

This was truly our first experience staying in a short-term rental instead of a hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. We have always stayed in luxury hotels whenever we travel, so we were a little hesitant at first. But from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail showed how much care and professionalism went into preparing the home. What impressed us even more was the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful stay. You can tell this company is run with passion and high standards. I’m genuinely happy that we had the opportunity to experience staying with World Class, but at the same time I’m a little disappointed that they aren’t available all over the world. I truly wish every city had a company like this because everyone deserves to experience this level of quality and service.
