I had such an amazing experience. I am visiting from Charlotte and needed to be seen urgently. Not only was my call immediately answered, i was scheduled an appointment within 12 hours from calling. Every staff member was extremely helpful and courteous. Dr. Stein seemed extremely knowledgeable, as well as his staff. My post care was explained to me in depth by Dr. Stein, the dental hygienist, and the reception staff as i was checking out. Costs were discussed with me from the very beginning, but luckily my insurance did cover the visit. I am planning to move to Nashville in the coming months and i am so pleased to know i will have a great dentist here! Dr. Stein also never pressured me into any expensive treatments and mentioned right away that i could get a second opinion if i wanted and could see him again afterwards. Really pleased from start to finish with how professional this office was. Also, i never leave google reviews. I genuinely feel so strongly about how great this place was that i had to say something.

I started at Stein dental due to a seriously bad gum infection, likely from neglecting the importance of dental care following an extremely negative experience at another dentist years before. In the last 2 years, I've had a great deal of "work" done on my teeth at Stein Dental - but am happy to report that with the care and knowledge of Dr. Stein and his staff, I got a glowing report on the condition of my teeth and overall mouth health today. I would recommend Dr. Stein's practice to anyone needing dental professionals who care and are very good at their job.

They had the Greatest Customer Service I’ve ever experienced at a dentist office or any office for that matter Hands Downs!!!! From the front to back I mean EVERYONE!! Dr. Stein was so sweet, so nice, so patient and also very funny he made my surgery process very comfortable. They offer great payment plans which was definitely a PLUS!!
