As good as the content and the knowledge of the team and founder are, the experience of the service and the app is terrible. You buy a 1-year subscription and they bombard you with emails and app notifications for upgrading. Almost 80% of their communication is about upselling/ cross-selling, which just spoils it. I had to silent the app notifications and unsubscribe to their emails, which means I miss the important stock market alerts and recommendations.
