i've been buying from stretch it for the last 3 or so years and literally go nowhere else for jewellery and plugs. their customer service and deliveries are always on point and extremely fast, a lot of the time next day. i've bought so many things from their site and the quality has always been amazing, which means a lot as someone with bad skin allergies and sensitivity. when i started stretching i bought a kit off amazon which was the worst mistake ever lol. it was only until i bought stretch it's glass plugs that i actually got results and no blow outs or problems. i've recommended it to so many people and always will. forever customer right here! x

I paid for First Class shipping, but my order was delayed for a week. When I contacted the company, they told me they have been experiencing 'extreme delays' with Royal Mail. I couldn’t find any evidence of any such delays in their area or mine when I checked the Royal Mail website. I asked them to forward information about the delays to me, but they didn’t - or couldn’t? Despite their reported experience of these “extreme delays”, they actively choose not to warn customers of this at the checkout, and still continue to use Royal Mail. They just seem interested in taking your money. They also claim they’re not responsible for delivery, which is an incorrect interpretation of UK consumer law. Online retailers are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, and Royal Mail are this company’s subcontractor. Any failure of Royal Mail is the legal responsibility of this company. This negative experience could have been avoided if they bothered to place a simple note at the checkout stating not to use Royal Mail unless you want your order to arrive extremely late. When it comes to something time sensitive like piercings this seems like an important detail to add…but this company simply does not care about transparency or accountability. AVOID.

I’ve ordered several times from them here in the states. I got my stretching kits and now my everyday gauges from them. Great quality, great customer service, living here in the states it takes a good 2-3 weeks to deliver sometimes but the waits worth it. Thank you for my free pair of gauges with my last order!
