They had a wide variety of home appliances, including AC's, refrigerators, etc. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, so I would highly suggest that if you are looking to buy quality home appliances at economical prices, this is the best place. You won't regret it.
I would rate them negative. Very disappointing experience with Subhan Electronics. I messaged them on Tuesday to confirm that a specific AC model was in stock, and they said it was. When I visited the shop the same day, they told me it was actually out of stock and asked me to book it, promising delivery on Wednesday by 1 p.m. When I followed up on Wednesday, they said they would check but never got back to me. I had to keep calling them myself, only to be told that the delivery had been delayed until Thursday. The delay was a huge inconvenience because I had guests coming over and had taken leave from work to be available for the installation. Even on Thursday, they kept delaying the delivery and didn't deliver the AC until around 7 p.m. They then promised the installation would be completed the same day, but I waited until midnight and no one showed up. As I write this, the installation is still pending. They are highly unprofessional, do not value their customers' time, and fail to honor the commitments they make. I would not recommend them.
