Everyone was so nice! My first new car as a single lady, and I was treated with such respect. No games, no "car salesman" pitches, just straight facts! I was very blunt about my wants and needs, and he LISTENED!!!! I test drove, I inspected, I bought! It was just that easy. I used to get so stressed out when going to look/haggle/paperwork/take home a car. This entire experience was totally different! I worked with Cody in sales and Danah in the finance department. Danah, is not your average numbers lady either. She provided much more information that I've never received from ANY car dealership finance department before. Zander was efficient, answered all of my questions up front before ever stepping foot in the dealership. I ended up taking home a 2024 F150 and felt the pricing and how the negotiation was handled couldn't have gone better. Michael, the sales manager was reasonable and professional as well.
