Needed the survey for a contender. Was able to schedule to have done in 36 hours. They did a very thorough job and I was very impressed with the outcome! Very detailed and even put the regulations that were deficient . Will definitely use again when I have a survey need.
Paid about 50% more than the market average for a survey and fully upfront. I was very familar with the boat and asked for specific items to be check because of my experience with the specific model. I was solely relying on the surveyor as I had not seen this boat in person yet. I read through the survey and had a few questions I wanted to ask the surveyor. 1. Never got a response from the surveyor who looked at the boat (via email or phone). 2. The items i specifially asked to be checked, were not nor documented. 3. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company several days later it was clear that each customer is just a number and they are "too busy" to give you a timely response or answer your questions. Ive paid for many surveys before.... usually they call you, give you a verbal idea of the condition, answer any questions and then send the report later. There is ZERO customer service here.
