We went to other dentists in Sunbury to address the issue of my sons teeth extraction to no avail. He is young and they didn't want a bar of the issue. The team at dental house accepted him with open arms. We arrived to the warm welcoming of Mel and Julie who made registration so easy. We were then directed to Richard and his assistant Abby who were fantastic in creating an environment in which my little one was able to relax and enjoy an experience many kids would dread. The procedure was done efficiently and with my little one sitting surprisingly quiet whilst he watched the kids show on the tv mounted to the ceiling (need to get one installed in my room). Once it was all done Richard was kind enough to let my son take a toy out of the box that Richard had prepared for all kids. The whole experience was 10/10. There isn't another place I would recommend in the local area as there isn't anywhere better. From walking in, to the procedure itself, to the warm good-bye this is a top practice and it seems like everyone really enjoys being there, which is obvious from the second you walk in there. Good stuff guys and while we don't hope to be back all that often, we know where to go for anything dental related!

Richard the dentist was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to listen to my dreams of having the perfect smile! He explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding, and I truly felt like my comfort and dental health were their top priority. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and professional dentist. For over 40 Years I have had all my dental work completed under General Anaesthetic due to severe anxiety from previous treatments when I was an adolescent. After a Crown recently broke away from a back tooth, I was intending to have it replaced whilst asleep. Dr. Alex Hill both advised the increased risks now I am 73 years old and both assured and encouraged me to try having it done ‘awake’. I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism, patience & personal care today when he and Lyla (Dental Nurse) completed the new ceramic replacement. I am already planning to go back for a complete check now the urgent repair has been completed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
