Dr. Wassef really does listen to your concerns. He takes the time to hear every thought and talks you through every step. If you have anxiety (and have a million concerns / questions) he never passes judgement and never rushes you. He will answer every question professionally and honestly. His compassion goes above and beyond any other psychiatrist I’ve ever met. Also, Kathy at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She responds quickly and always gets things taken care of. If you leave a message - she WILL respond. She seals the deal on the patient - clinic trust aspect. Her being part of sunrise clinic and has made communication a breeze. Just as thankful for her as I am for Dr. Wassef.

I've been seeing Dr. Wassef for a little over 7 years now, and he is wonderful. The office staff have improved so much since I first started going there. Especially since the pandemic started last year. Messages get relayed in a timely fashion, and of course, Dr. Wassef is the same kind, and generous doctor he always has been. He's very informative and takes the time to really listen. God bless the Sunrise Clinic.

I have been going to Dr. Wassef for about 4 years. He has been wonderful in helping me because he never gave up on me. If this would have been a review of the doctor alone, I would have given him 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have to take into consideration of the office staff for an overall review. Ashley, the office manager, is a poor reflection of this office. I had to deal with her and her behavior was completely appalling. I have never had to deal with anyone as unprofessional as this person in a doctor's office. I refuse to be treated by a physician that has this kind person not only in his office, but as the head of a team. Dr. Wassef will be a great loss to me.
