Living in this building for past 4 years and it’s a living hell to deal with the builder to get things fixed around the house, that should have had these issue to begin with. Tiles falling off, leakages in flats and huge cracks since possession that builder is pleaser bothered to fix. It’s not life@sunteck but a Hell_life@sunteck.
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Sunteck City Avenue 2. This place seriously needs to rethink how they treat delivery riders and workers. There seems to be absolutely no consideration for people who are doing their jobs honestly. If a rider has heavy सामान (goods), instead of allowing basic convenience like using a scooty inside or entering from a nearer gate, they are forced to carry everything on foot. What’s worse is that even when there is another gate nearby that could make things easier, they still refuse access without any valid reason. Imagine carrying heavy packages under pressure, time constraints, and still being denied basic support. It’s not just inconvenient — it feels disrespectful. Rules are important, but they should not come at the cost of basic human understanding and practicality. This kind of rigid and insensitive behavior shows a complete lack of empathy toward delivery personnel, who are already working hard every day. Instead of making their job easier, this society is making it unnecessarily difficult and exhausting. Honestly, anyone reading this should think twice. No rider deserves to go through this kind of treatment. It’s not just bad management — it’s unfair and unacceptable. Very disappointing. 💔🤬
I am currently staying in Sunteck Avenue 2, Tower B, Wing A, and I must say the experience has been quite disappointing. The construction quality is extremely poor. The washroom had severe leakage issues, and wall tiles literally fell off. In both the hall and bedroom, the walls have developed multiple cracks – the overall surface condition is terrible and not what you’d expect from a reputed builder. To make things worse, the parking situation is badly planned. We were allotted a 2-stack parking space, but it’s practically unusable. You can’t park two cars at a time due to the height constraint, making it extremely inconvenient. For the price we pay here, this kind of quality and service is unacceptable. I would advise potential buyers or tenants to do a thorough check before making any decisions.
