Incredibly fast delivery! While the competition bombarded me with "sold out" messages everywhere, the eagerly awaited (literally!) Midea Portasplit air conditioner arrived at my doorstep just two days after ordering, right on cue for the heatwave – and that was with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days. It was as if the Greensun team had anticipated the customer's needs and satisfaction and processed the order, including delivery, with exceptional speed. And it was significantly cheaper than the competition. With a cool head and complete conviction – thank you, a definite recommendation!

First time ordering. Great price. Delivery was relatively fast. One star deducted because the day before, I only received a text message from the shipping company, GEL, saying delivery would be the next day between 7 am and 6 pm. I called the shipping company but couldn't reach anyone. The next day around 9:30 am, the delivery guys showed up at my door without any prior notice. Luckily, someone was home.

I've never seen such an unprofessional company. Emails are never answered. They don't care about delivery information. Responses are only given to PayPal or AliExpress cases. After a month, I'd had enough. I bought an item with a 3-5 day delivery time (June 1st) and it still hadn't arrived by July 3rd. I've written countless emails. No response... The phone seems to be switched off... at least no one answers it... Not recommended.
