SuperinkPROVerified business?

I had the good fortune of contacting Super Ink who are distributors of ink, toner and drums. They responded to my inquiry in a forthright manner. I needed a new replacement drum for my Brother printer, and after I sent pictures they initiated their response. I received the drum in one day. And the drum works perfectly. WE have used them for ink as well and again their response was rapid, and we were very satisfied with the product. I would highly recommend their services.

SuperInk has been very fast to answer any question you may have by email. They have replace a defective toner cartridge without any fuss. I have purchase here in the pass and I will continue buying my supply here. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a compatible HP 63XL (HP F6U64AN) Black Ink cartridge which is supposed to print 500 pages last week. Today I printed 66 pages and the cartridge is almost empty. After talking to the representative and texting the print pages to him, he called back and said that because of the amount of printing it is normal that I would get maybe 100 pages out of the cartridge. I purchased from Superink the same cartridge before and there was no issue like this. So much for a 24 months warranty. I will never buy from Supperink again.
