Supreme Fone Fix | Phones, Tablets & LaptopsRepairPROVerified business?

Update: Within an hour of posting my review, the business owner called me back to personally address and resolve all of my concerns. His quick response clearly shows how much he cares about his customers. I am very happy with the final service I received and have updated my rating to 4 stars. It is still a great business; the initial issue was simply a temporary miscommunication with the staff. 1st post: service initially—very helpful, well-priced, much cheaper than other places I’d called, and they fixed my phone while I waited. UPDATE: Sadly, you get what you pay for. My original 5-star review has now been downgraded to 1 star. They replaced my camera lens, but it fell out after just a couple of weeks. They also installed a camera lens protector, which fell off the very next day. Additionally, I had a premium anti-fracture screen protector fitted, but it is far from scratch-resistant—after a couple of months in a full-coverage phone case with a lid, it is so scratched you can barely see the screen. When I went back, the guys who originally fixed it and gave great service weren't there. Instead, an unhelpful staff member was there who refused to honor any kind of warranty. Never again. Don't waste your money—there are plenty of other, more reputable phone shops around. 😀

Today I went to this beautiful bright shop Supreme Fonr Fix, to get my phone fixed. I am more than happy, they are very professional, quick and knowledgeable, they know what they are doing. Also, the shop itself is very clean, bright and big. They have a lot variety of cases and accessories. I am really happy that they opened here and requested them to never think of going somewhere else now we want this kind of professional work here in knox :)

Had an amazing experience at Supreme Fone Fix Knox (eye-catching shop) thanks to Amara! She was super friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. My phone had a serious virus issue and she fixed it quickly without any hassle. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. The phone is running perfectly again. Excellent customer service and great attention to detail — highly recommend.
