High quality building inspection services for home owners, investors and business owners.
I am extremely happy with Sure Inspection. They were very thorough and accurate with their inspection, and their attention to detail was excellent. They were also very quick to provide the inspection report—it barely took a day to receive it. Highly recommended!
Gary gave us an amazingly, thorough and very professional pre-purchase report on the property and all within 12 hours of his inspections. Sure Building Inspections have absolutely wonderful customer service prior to, during and following the inspection. I totally recommend these 💯
We had sure conduct the premium home Inspection prior to finance approval due to us being unable to make a proper viewing, the report seemed very thorough and was organized and performed on time. Unfortunately the report missed several issues that have since required us to rectify, these items should have been identified. The whole side fence was being help up by ratchet straps secured to pine logs, a whole fence panel missing behind the shed, wood rot on the outside of the bedroom wall, plus a couple of major structural issues that were hidden. We were offered a partial discount on the price of the inspection, the I soection reports are very vague and always refer you to get an expert opinion on the issues identified , so a waste of money
