He resolved the issue efficiently and the unit is now running quietly again throughout the process the company kept us informed about appointment times and arrival updates, which I greatly appreciated. He Asked Me A Few Questions Like, How Can I Help You? What’s Your Address? What Are You Wearing? Like Im Jake From State Farm So I Said Uh Khakis lol. After Answering and Letting Him Know I Need My Capacitor Changed He Asked Have You Had It Checked or You Just Know? I Let Him Know I Had A Guy Come Out and That They Didn't Call Me Back, but That He Did. Ryan Informed Me That He Is 15 Minutes Away And He Will Ring My Doorbell When He Arrives. I Informed Him I’ll Need A Few Minutes To Put My Dogs Up and I’ll Be Right There. Ryan Arrives Goes Around Back and Takes Like Maybe 15 Minutes To Have My A/C Up and Running Again. I Literally Was Sitting In 90 Degrees In My House For A Week Because Other Companies Charged Me A Arm and A Leg So I Started Asking Companies What They Charge Before They Even Come Out So I Wouldn’t Have To Pay $50-$130 Service Fee. When Ryan Was Done I Happily Paid Him We Exchange Jokes and Some Man Banter Before He Gave Me His Professional Recommendations and Us Saying Our Goodbyes!
