Very cheap services in MRI and Ultrasound . The management has put up a chart saying that you will receive your report within 3 hours. And the doctor says, “This is put up by the management—what does that have to do with us?” My MRI appointment number was 3, and my MRI was completed at 11:30 AM, but even at 4:00 PM we were still waiting. The staff does not give any proper or clear response regarding the timing. They have no concern for anyone’s time.
While the doctors and nursing staff are generally competent and dedicated, the hospital’s administration significantly undermines the overall experience. The management appears unprofessional, unresponsive, and largely dismissive of patient concerns. Feedback is not handled constructively, and there is a clear lack of accountability at the top level. In many situations, the consequences of poor decisions are unfairly pushed onto the ground staff rather than being addressed by leadership. Billing practices, particularly for insurance patients, are highly questionable. Charges often increase without clear justification, and there is a serious lack of transparency around medicines and equipment being used. Patient attendants are frequently not informed about what is being administered or billed, which raises concerns about overcharging and ethical practices. The hospital pharmacy system is another major issue. Medicines prescribed under insurance are often shown as unavailable, forcing patients to purchase them separately at inflated prices within the same facility. When compared to market rates, the price differences are substantial, which feels exploitative. Communication is inadequate, especially post-surgery. Doctors often do not brief patient attendants properly, citing workload. While the hospital may be busy, basic communication is not optional—it is a fundamental responsibility. Post-operative care standards are also inconsistent. There have been repeated instances of delayed attention to patients, such as unattended drips and slow response to basic needs, indicating gaps in monitoring and care delivery. Overall, despite having a capable clinical team, the hospital suffers from serious administrative, ethical, and operational shortcomings. Without urgent improvements in transparency, accountability, and patient communication, it is difficult to recommend this facility with confidence.
Visited this campus in July 2025. Can’t comment much about the staff and services. But the campus is really beautiful I must say. The clean and well-maintained parks make you feel as if you’re in a heavenly place.
