Unbelievably Unprofessional! I had to use them as they supplied a type of fence to a customer whom I had to repair and replace. When I finally had a response to an order, they'd simply scanned my email and written the prices next to each part in pencil (I genuinely couldn't read it). So I kindly asked if they could email me the prices or send a formal quote; the response I had was them telling me to see someone else. - No formal quoting system - Near impossible to get a hold of - Forever chasing up emails and order

Five stars is the minimum I would leave! The team did such an amazing job, will use them again. Have recommended to my neighbours and friends. Quality product for a reasonable price, and very helpful and friendly staff.

really good customer service from the boys and really quick young fella was all over what I wanted powder coating wise then sorted all my accessories great prices from Gordon and the team definitely would recommend !
