We had a wonderful experience at Swosti Premium, Puri, and a special mention goes to Mr. Biswaranjan Barik Ji, Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and warm service. The food was absolutely delicious, with excellent taste, quality, and presentation. What truly made our dining experience special was the attentive and courteous service provided by Mr. Barik. He personally ensured that everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. His professionalism, humble nature, and attention to detail deserve special appreciation. My experience at Swosti Premium Beach Hotel Puri was extremely disappointing. The service quality was far below acceptable standards. The staff members were not courteous, lacked basic hospitality etiquette, and showed little concern for guest comfort or satisfaction. The biggest issue appeared to be the overall hotel management, which seemed highly untrained and poorly organized. Simple requests were not handled professionally, communication was inadequate, and there was a clear lack of attention to customer service. A premium hotel should provide a welcoming and comfortable experience, but unfortunately this property failed to meet even basic expectations. The management seriously needs to invest in proper staff training, improve professionalism, and focus on treating guests with respect. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope they take customer feedback seriously to make significant improvements.
