T ShirtEnvyPROVerified business?

I would not recommend this place at all. We had a simple easy process with support and then it went down hill from there. We arrived Wednesday to pick up our shirts and was told our shirts was accidentally given to the customer before us by the associate. They offered to remake the shirts as the customer wasn’t answering and they could have the shirts to us Thursday, we said why not and agreed. We showed up on Thursday to a line of other customers and no one answering the phone. After 25 minutes of pulling on doors and calling, we left. After 30 minutes we called and got someone. He said they were in a meeting and didn’t leave a notice on the door. He said they would be open until 6 and we can come pick up the shirts. Speeding through traffic after work to get there at exactly 5:53pm, they were CLOSED. We called today, Friday, inquiring what’s going on. The associate stated he had some stuff going on, which we understood and left it at that. We returned to the store to pick up the items FINALLY and received incorrect printed, sizes and missing shirts all together . The day before we leave for the event the shirts are for. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The design on the shirts we did receive is so tiny, I can’t believe they saw these and was like “yup they would like this”’ 😩To make matters worse, it’s like the associate didn’t even care to make it right. She claimed to only have did half the order but didn’t want to call her coworker to find where the other shirts were 💀. We will never be back. 🤣✌🏿 Good luck if you use them better off ordering online……

Great company to work with. The team at T-Shirt Envy is professional, responsive, and produces high-quality work. Their attention to detail and customer service really stand out, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for custom apparel or printing services, I highly recommend giving them a call. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I ordered some last minute t shirts because our band was having our anniversary party and the other printer had some issues. They were very reasonable with their prices and came through for us last minute! The shirts are nice quality and our design looks great. The guy on the phone was a bit pessimistic when I told him I had been emailing with someone who said they would do it same day, he said he was doubtful we would get it same day. I'm glad he was wrong and that he wasn't the person I had been working with. I never got that person’s name that was helping me the whole time, and we only emailed. If I was working with the same person I would definitely do business again!
