Tesco Steel & Engineering is a supplier of quality steel products, including pipes, tubes, flanges, fittings, and valves in stainless steel, carbon steel, and specialty alloys, serving oil and gas, petrochemical, power, and construction industries with a focus on quality and reliability.
I called this company from Dubai and as is often the case with Indian companies, the call initially went unanswered. To my surprise, however, I received a callback from a gentleman named Tarun. He explained that they no longer supply plates (Which is what i was looking for ) and now primarily deal with pipes, fittings and flanges. It was genuinely refreshing to see such responsiveness. A simple call back or attentiveness can make a big difference.
We received the alloy steel elbows as per our requirement. Quality looks reliable and the service was smooth.
Best customer service. I had given a very urgent order for V anchors. They manufactured in time and also arranged special freight which delivered in next day. They are professional in production as well as logistics.
