I booked this property for a one-night stay, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the place is relatively cheap, I would not recommend it to families or professionals seeking a peaceful and respectful environment. It may be more suited to college students looking for a no-frills place to hang out. The biggest issue was the check-out timing. On the Agoda app, the listed check-out time was clearly mentioned as 11:00 AM. However, I started receiving calls from the caretaker as early as 8:30 AM, insisting that I vacate the room by 9:45 AM due to another booking. The tone used was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the situation uncomfortable. I contacted Agoda customer service, expecting some resolution, but instead, they passed the blame onto their service partner—claiming they were unable to reach them. There was no real assistance or accountability from either side, which was disappointing. Eventually, I chose to leave early to avoid further confrontation. The caretaker’s aggressive and hostile tone made it impossible to have a civil conversation. In summary, if you’re looking for a stress-free stay with basic hospitality and adherence to advertised policies, this is not the place. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better communication and professionalism in the future.

Staying with 3.5 k per room having zero facility...you will struggle to get a cup of tea here....
