We're very happy with the loft install in our barn completed by The Barn Builders. Jonathan was an excellent communicator and the construction team was efficient and on-time every time, including final shore-ups and walk-through. We highly recommend them.
3-Year Update Three years ago, I had a 50' x 50' pole barn constructed to serve as a gym, with 18 windows installed to maximize natural light. There is a lot to appreciate about the building overall; however, I have been extremely frustrated by persistent leaks around the tops of the windows on all sides of the structure. After completion, Walter made several attempts to resolve the issue. These included applying caulk and, on multiple occasions, removing sections of metal siding to add house wrap. Unfortunately, none of these efforts corrected the problem, and the leaks have continued. I eventually stopped reaching out because I lost confidence that the issue would be resolved. Since then, outside professionals have advised me that J-Channel and proper house wrap installation should have been completed prior to window installation to prevent this type of water intrusion. No J-Channel was installed on my building. While I genuinely like the structure itself, the ongoing water intrusion has prevented me from moving forward with finishing the interior.
I can’t recommend The Barn Builders enough! Walter is truly a professional—his craftsmanship is top‑notch, and you can tell he takes pride in every detail of his work. He’s also incredibly easy to work with: clear communication, fair pricing, and always dependable. The whole process was stress‑free, and the end result exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for quality work done right, Walter and The Barn Builders are the ones to call!
