The Beach Willow is a unique nursery and homewares store nestled just outside Torquay in Mt Duneed, Victoria. Founded by Carolyn and Steve, who revitalised a former nursery by combining Steve's agricultural background with Carolyn's interior design expertise, the store takes its name from the magnificent willow tree at the centre of the property. Our nursery range features high-quality indoor and outdoor plants, pots, plant care, garden decoration, firepits and potting mix, while our homewares range includes wall art, lighting, cushions, home fragrance, personal care, stationery and furniture with a modern coastal aesthetic. Relax in our plant-filled café with coffee brewed from locally roasted beans, house-made scones and fresh lunch options. We also offer garden design and landscaping services, Click & Collect, and delivery across Geelong and the Surf Coast.
An absolute hidden gem tucked away right off the Surf Coast Highway! Beach Willow Nursery has a fantastic selection of native, indoor plants and more, along with a beautifully curated gift shop. The staff are always friendly and genuinely eager to help. Top it off with excellent coffee and delicious treats at the cafe, and it’s the perfect local spot. Highly recommended!
Went here today. We had such a great fun looking around different plants and pots we ended up buying a couple and a terracotta pot. After wandering around we went to the coffee shop, had a muffin and croissant almond and coffee. It was a really beautiful day that we decided to sit outside and enjoy the garden. Great service from the staffs and the food were generous and delicious. Coffee great too. After our coffee we went to the shop and the there were many beautiful gift items. This place is easy to get too by car, I’m not sure if there’s a public transport servicing this garden centre. wheelchair and pram friendly. Ample space for car parks. Trolley provided for your purchases.
I saw another review from a guy named Rafferty Burchell saying his plants arrived dead and he couldn't get a refund. But then I saw you reached out and gave him some free pesticides to help fix it! That is absolutely the right direction for better customer service. That’s how big places like Bunnings handle things—making refunds and help really easy for people. If you keep doing that, you'll be set! Aside from that, I really love your café and the coffees are great. Your potted plants are absolutely amazing and way better than what you get elsewhere.
