The BlindsSourcePROVerified business?

I worked with Mark at TBS and from day one he was fantastic. He was very helpful and accommodating and helped me navigate fabrics and options for my two projects (bedroom & living room). He was very efficient during the measurement and installation appointments and always kept me informed of the status of my project. He made himself available via phone, text, and email and was extremely responsive upon me reaching out. In the end, he provided me the most competitive quote with the best service, and I’m very happy with the outcome and know I made the right choice for my NYC apartment. Would definitely recommend!

They installed a motorized roller shade for us eight years ago and it's been working great. We accidentally knocked it down and broke the hanging equipment on it and they came out and fixed it right away. I'd definitely use them again!

It turns out that, contrary to my initial expectations, getting new shades is a breeze. At least, it is when working with these guys. They visited our home, measured up and presented a great many samples to look at. Importantly, they gave helpful perspective based on their vast experience of what looks good and what works well. A few weeks later, they came by and installed the shades (all looking and working perfectly, suffice it to say). The whole thing couldn't have been easier. Finally, the pricing was in line with or better than all other custom shades options we looked at before diving in. We have a couple of other rooms that will need new shades in the coming years. We know where to go for them. By way of reference, we chose the same material and color for each room, as follows: Bimini BO Color: Sand Delivery & installation including Lifetime Warranty on hardware including round cassette and white chain.
