The BongShopPROVerified business?

Always a pleasure to deal with. Love the cheeky gifts when I order. Had a wee problem with my order and Darcy sorted it out with zero shenanigans. This is benchmark small Aussie business behaviour. Take note competitors!

There was an error with stock count for an item I’d ordered, Darcy from the online team quickly contacted me to correct the issue. I was offered an exchange or a refund, I chose to exchange the item and got the leftover funds refunded with no problem at all. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress free, and I’ve had nothing but great service and polite communication since, and Darcy was also invariably patient with my late replies so that was greatly appreciated. I will happily shop here again, especially knowing that I’m in good hands with the wonderful team here. Hope this helps anyone who may be wondering about this, and thank you again Darcy, best wishes and best of luck to you!

Quick turnaround, packed well and loaded with freebies even though I didn't really spend big. Great products. I'm now a regular customer.
