The Concord Pest ControlCrewPROVerified business?

Grass won't stop growing. Mowed it Sunday, looked at it Wednesday and it needed doing again, which is what happens when you get a Concord spring that can't decide between thunderstorm and heat wave. Between that and work I had been putting off dealing with the ants running a parade along the kitchen baseboard for going on two weeks. Finally caved and called. Got me on the books quicker than I expected. Day off, the tech came in, asked where I'd been seeing them and where else I'd noticed stuff. Showed him the kitchen, the back porch where the spiders had set up shop, a corner of the garage. He got to it. Out along the foundation for a good while in the muggy weather we got going right now, would not have wanted that job. After he left I went and checked the baseboards and behind the trash can and the garage corners myself because I'm not just taking anyone's word for it. All clean. About a week now and the kitchen is clear, no parade, nothing crawling in the garage. Price was on the higher side of what I had in my head going in but the man earned it. Solid work.

Needed someone for a pest problem and called them. Didnt expect much going in. Scheduling was a little slow on my end, took a couple calls back and forth before it got set. Once that was sorted it went fine. The guy who came out was easy to deal with. Asked where I had been seeing stuff before he started anything. Did the inside first. Kitchen, the baseboards, under the sinks, the closets. Then went around the back of the house and the side. Didnt rush it. Spiders were the main thing for me and there were ants coming in somewhere near the kitchen. Both gone now. Not fewer. GONE. Been a few weeks and nothing has come back. No webs in the corners. Nothing crawling at night. The price felt on the higher side at first but after watching how thorough he was I didnt mind it. Fair for the work. He didnt try to pile a bunch of extra services on me, which I half expected. I dont write these much. My wife was the one who told me I should. Glad I called. The house here in Concord feels normal again and thats all I wanted. Would have them back without thinking twice.

Price was a touch higher than I was hoping. Almost shopped around more. Went with them anyway because the lady who took my call was easy to deal with. Tech showed up when they said. Polite guy. Did not waste my time. Outside first, then inside where I told him I had been seeing roaches by the trash can and the little black ants on the kitchen counter. Spiders in the garage to. He took care of all of it. I had stuff to do so I let him work. When he was done he checked in and told me what he sprayed and where. After he left I went and looked at the spots myself. Under the sink. Behind the trash. Garage corners where I always see website. Looked treated to me. The bugs we had are gone, no roaches by the trash, no ants on the counter, garage is clear. Concord gets bad in spring so I knew I needed somebody who actually does the work and not just goes through the motions. Price still bugs me a little, not gonna lie, but the job was solid and we have not seen a thing since. Would book again. Probably will, this house is a magnet for whatever crawls...
