Great location on the less windy south side of town. Near everything but far enough away from Palm Canyon Drive to be very quiet. All units are privately owned condos managed as a hotel though the Desert Star. Spacious rooms. Nice private back patios. Great salt water pool. No kids. Free parking. Great place to stay and rot in the sun.
Will never tire of staying at the Desert Star. Relaxing, beautiful pool area surrounded by the mountains and blue skies. Rooms are spotless, open, and airy. We’ve stayed in units 4 & 6 and both are equally nice. Debra and Richard are always available to help with questions about the motel, or tips on local happenings and things to do. We always look forward to our stays at the Desert Star!
Fantastic experience at the Desert Star! Apartment #4 was fabulous. Very clean property and room, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the floating bean bags in the pool, so comfortable.
