I’m in Dallas and wanted to send my sympathy and love to a friend who lost her husband. I wasn’t sure about flowers because sometimes they don’t show up the way the pictures look. I reached out to The Flower shop and they were so kind and understanding. They made sure I saw the bouquet before it left for delivery. My boyfriend ordered the Garden Party Wrapped Bouquet for me as a surprise. While the colors of the bouquet are pretty, I was disappointed when I compared what I received to the photo shown on the website. The bouquet advertised online looks much fuller and includes large hydrangeas as a main feature, but the bouquet I received had only a very small hydrangea cluster and looked noticeably smaller overall. Because of that, it didn’t really match the presentation shown in the listing. Some of the flowers also looked a bit wilted and some stems appeared bent, which made the bouquet look less fresh than expected. Considering the bouquet cost $99 (over $130 with delivery, tax, and tip), I expected it to be fresher and closer to the product photo. The bouquet still had nice colors and was a thoughtful gift, but the size, freshness, and overall appearance did not fully match the expectations set by the website.
