The Gastonia Pest ControlGuysPROVerified business?

One thing nobody tells you, block out the whole morning. The window they give you for showing up is wide, real wide, so dont go making plans. There, now you been warned. Setting it up was its own thing, called and their voicemail box was full the first try, had to ring back the next day. Minor, but it bugged me. Whatever. The fella who came out was older, clearly knew what he was doing, didnt waste my time with a lot of chatter. Did the inside and went around the house too. He did knock over a little potted thing by the back step, set it right back up and said sorry, no harm done, I wasnt going to make a thing of it. We got to talking about how the spiders show up worse in spring and he had some method he uses for that, dont fully remember what he told me but it sounded right. The ants in the kitchen that started this whole.. quiet ever since. Was it cheap, no it was not. Fair though, I will give them that much. Gastonia aint exactly full of people who turn up and do the job right the first time, so credit where credit is due. Glad I picked up the phone.

Quote was higher than i wanted tbh. Not crazy but more than i had in my head before i called. Considered ringing around but my week was already a circus, my mom needed me to drive her to an appointment thursday and i had a stack of work emails that wasnt getting shorter, so i just wanted it dealt with. So i booked. Spider situation in the basement and i was finding the things in the laundry room too. Big ones, the kind that make you do the little jump dance when you spot one. Hate them. The lady on the phone was nice, didnt rush me when i was rattling off every corner id seen them in. Tech got here in the window they gave which i appreciated. Treated the basement, the laundry, around the foundation, the eaves on the back of the house, the garage, and the crawlspace door area. Asked good questions about where the dampness was worst, didnt just blow through it. Did chip the paint on a baseboard with the sprayer wand. He pointed it out and apologized. No biggie, that trim was already beat up. Showed me where the spiders were probably getting in around the dryer vent and the gap under the bulkhead door. Useful info. Wrote a couple things down so id remember to keep mulch pulled back from the house and run the dehumidifier down there more. Hate spiders less now lol. Have not seen one since and its been almost two weeks. So yeah. Price was on the higher side but the work was solid and the guy clearly knew what he was doing. No complaints. Would call again.

We noticed termite damage signs in the crawlspace - pretty typical around Gastonia. They came for a fast inspection, applied effective treatment, and set up monitoring with no return issues. Professional from start to finish, good pricing, clear communication. Termites are history - strongly recommend them!
