I had been having intermittent pain in a back molar for several months. My local dentist was rather unsure of the cause and referred me to their resident “specialist”. He very quickly told me I had a root infection, the tooth was dead and I needed root canal treatment with a post. All very invasive, last chance saloon and rather expensive. A family member recommended Dr Jagdeep Saimbi and I travelled an hour and a half to see him for a second opinion. He very kindly agreed to see me on a Saturday. Dr Saimbi was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming and I was immediately confident I was in safe hands. He undertook several thorough investigations before diagnosing the problem - 2 cracks. The tooth was very much alive, there was no infection, and I certainly didn’t need root canal treatment. He explained the course of treatment and said he would do more work today so I didn’t need to make the long travel more than one more time (in a couple of months to finish the procedure). What really impressed me was how Dr Saimbi narrated what he was doing throughout, he literally talked me through every stage, which I found reassuring - even though I couldn’t reply! Dr Saimbi is a teacher at Tipton dental school and Sheffield University and I could tell. I am a headmaster in a school and I’d give him a job tomorrow! I’m sure his students place him in very high regard. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the dental nurse, but she was equally professional and very reassuring. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Saimbi.
I’ve had great experience at this dentist. The staff were so welcoming and it’s a very clean environment which made me feel so comfortable everything was explained clearly and dr Nousier was very kind and was very gentle with my teeth which really helped calm my nerves he was also professional. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dentist
