Avoid for special occasions - What you see is NOT what you get
I paid $106 for a premium pastel arrangement for my best friend as a 20th friendship anniversary gift from Singapore. The experience was a disaster.
1. Product Misrepresentation: I ordered the Pastel Bouquet, which is marketed as having soft, muted tones. However, the arrangement delivered was entirely off-theme, consisting of garish greens and strong purples rather than the delicate pastels shown online. Most notably, the pink roses featured in the product photography were completely absent.
2. Severe Delivery Delay: The delivery was initially scheduled for a 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM window on a Monday. The flowers did not arrive until close to 10:00PM—nearly five hours later—causing inconvenience especially as it is significantly past a reasonable delivery time / working hours. The company should look into how to improve their logistics and get bouquets delivered on a reasonable time within the day (unless otherwise specified).
3. Failed Remedy: Despite the florist attempting a redelivery and promptly responding to my complaint for the first delivery, the second bouquet was also misrepresented. I had requested for a redelivery of a different floral bouquet, the Pink Rose Hat Box. While the website depicts full, open roses in soft, elegant pastel tones, the delivered product clearly came with tight buds in "hot pink", and the arrangement was rather messy / disorganised.

Overall, very disappointing for international customers who rely on website accuracy. What I simply request is for the delivered product to match what I had paid for. The only silver lining is that they are fast to respond to queries and concerns.
