Earwigs in all my porch planters in Louisville, they'd scatter when I watered. Quick treatment in the mulch fixed it. Can sit on the porch now without bugs crawling everywhere.

Silverfish were going after my record collection in the basement. The sleeves, specifically, which any vinyl person knows is half the value and all of the soul. Some of those jackets I hunted for years. I called these guys in a mild panic and they got me in that same week. The tech knew exactly why silverfish love cardboard and paper, treated the basement thoroughly, and flagged a moisture issue near one wall that was making it worse. Picked up some sleeve protectors after, but the point is nothing else has been nibbled in two months. My copy of every album I own thanks you. Outstanding service.

my morning was already shot before I called these guys, was up at 5 with the trash truck, coffee maker decided today was the day to die, & then i go in the garage to grab a rag and theres spiders. like a lot. web situation in the corner by the water heater i hadnt noticed bc who looks up there. So I started calling around for quotes which is its own special hell, one place wouldn't even give me a number over the phone, said they had to come out and assess first. Another place quoted me something that made me laugh. these folks gave me a number on the phone, no runaround, sat right in the middle of what I was hearing from everyone else. not the cheapest. wasnt trying to be I guess. lady i talked to was easy to deal with & sent a confirmation text the night before which i appreciated bc my week was a mess. Tech showed in the window they gave. did the garage, the foundation, hit a couple spots outside i wouldn't have thought to mention. Watterson Park has been damp this spring, condensation on everything every morning, and he said thats what brings em in closer to the house. paid what they quoted, no surprise add ons at the end which i was half expecting. on the higher end of fair id say but the value is there. will use again.
