The MaidPlacePROVerified business?

I would rate no star if possible. Initially had a good conversation with the lady but the other person managing the business was very rude and unnecessary defensive when getting clarification on the services rendered. They stated “ We worked for the amount of time that we told you we were going to in extreme heat, and we did as much as humanly possible in that amount of time.” like they were working outdoors. Our thermostat was set to 75. States they have been doing this for a while, well if you have then I feel like you need to work on efficiency. For better understanding, i asked for before photos that they could provide referring to the “bad condition” they mentioned. They only sent photos of the bathroom which was in bad condition but it doesn’t take 5 people to clean 1 dirty bathroom. There was no specific timeframe on the initial quote and contract. When they got there they said they would only clean for 1.5 hours for a 2500 square foot with 5 people. I am no expert but even google thinks it needs a minimum of 2 hours as “professional cleaners” to finish a home. I book for our home to be cleaned and they only cleaned the 2nd floor which when i asked for before photos, it inly showed the master bathroom being in “bad condition”. They did not even touch the ground floor. And when simply picking on trying to understand why they got defensive and even threatened to call the police if i did not pay. I had never said I wouldn’t be paying, they had assumed I was one of those people. I work 12 hour shifts at night and 8 hour shifts during the day and you threaten me for not paying when it hasn’t even been 24 hours since the cleaning was finished. Very inconsiderate. If you got this far reading my review, it’s up to you if you would still book this kind of service. *EDIT: see below on how defensive they get lol. AI for sure doesn’t clean homes but it does gather enough information from multiple businesses to know what they are talking about. As a customer who doesn’t frequently write reviews, why would I take the time to write this if I wasn’t genuinely disappointed. I might not have payed attention on things but it is still not ok to be going around sending photos of conversations (and possibly our home) to strangers to prove a point. And if not that, I wouldn’t take the time to reply to an absurd review if I didn’t need to defend myself as a business. That just clearly show their unprofessional communication. As a business you should be able to accept reviews even bad ones without going to the ends of the earth to prove you are right 😂 A simple “sorry our services was not up to your standards but we did our part and blah blah blah and catered to people that would prove your review is not accurate..” would have been enough for me as I would respect you as a professional but this is just gold! SO TO ANYBODY CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, JUST KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING YOURSELF INTO 😂

As Florida residents who own a cleaning and property management company, procuring a cleaning company in Texas that is trustworthy, experienced and dependable was imperative, and I’m so grateful we found the Maid Place! The owners, David and Amanda, are a hard-working husband and wife team who run their operation with professionalism and integrity. They truly value and respect their staff, and that care shows in the quality and consistency of the work. Our property is a large STR, (over 2500SF) and although one staff member has been dispatched each time, the cleanings have consistently been completed on time and with excellence. The owners have always communicated transparently and professionally. Ultimately, this is a reliable, top-notch cleaning company that delivers exactly what we need for STR turnovers. We’re very happy with their service and plan to continue partnering with them in the future.

We hired The Maid Place to help us do a Move Out Clean on our rental home. I was absolutely blown away by the clean! Laura G. was our service provider and she did an incredible job. We were also made aware that our baseboards needed a little extra TLC, and Laura said she’d be happy to do it that day, we were able to add it on right then! Our rental home looks incredible and I highly recommend for any cleaning needs. Thank you Laura and TMP team!
