We had been dealing with steady ant trails coming in from the foundation cracks and some spider webs building up in the corners of the basement every few weeks. Reviews aren't really my thing but I've got opinions about the company I had before this one so here we go. Used the other guys for about three years and every single visit turned into them finding some new thing wrong, more treatments, more zones, oh you need the perimeter package now, oh check the attic, on and on, and the bill crept up every time while the ants kept coming back anyway. Felt like I was paying a subscription just to be told my house was falling apart. So I dropped them and started calling around. Getting on the books here was not instant, I'll be honest, I called the first time and the voicemail box was completely full so I kind of figured forget it, but I tried again a few days later and got an actual person, then ended up waiting close to two weeks for an opening. that part dragged a little. But the guy who came out just handled what I actually had, spiders mostly and some ants coming in by the back door, no speech about ten other services I supposedly needed, just told me what he was putting down and where. Couple weeks on now and it's quiet in here. After the last outfit, somebody simply doing the job and not nickel and diming me at every turn was kind of refreshing honestly. no complaints from me.
