Reviews aren't really my thing but my wife told me to do it so here I am. Found ants trailing across the laundry room floor a few weeks back & then a couple silverfish in the bathroom which kind of sent me over the edge because I had just mopped the night before. Called on a Monday, had to wait close to two weeks for an appointment which I wasn't thrilled about, called back once mid-week to make sure I was actually on the books because I never got a confirmation text or anything. Tech showed up in the window they gave. Younger guy, friendly enough, kept it short which suited me fine because I had been up since five with my back acting up again. Speaking of which I still need to figure out a new mattress, the one we have is ancient, but that's a problem for another day. Anyway he did the inside along the baseboards & under the sink where I'd been seeing them, then spent a good chunk of time outside around the foundation. Asked him why ants keep coming back every spring and he said something about how once they find a path in their buddies follow the same trail so you gotta break that up. Price felt a little steep to me but my neighbor said it was about what she paid last year so I guess that's just the going rate around Maryville. Two weeks in and the laundry room is clear, bathroom too. He did fine by me.

ok so I didn't even know what an earwig WAS until they started greeting me in the bathroom every morning. those little pincher things?? absolutely not. googled them at 1am which was a MISTAKE, do not recommend. anyway the tech who came out was so nice about it, explained they were coming from the mulch beds right up against the house and that the bathroom thing was just them following moisture. treated inside and outside, moved some of the mulch back from the foundation, told me what to watch for. weeks later... nothing. nada. zero pinchy Intruders. can finally brush my teeth in peace lol
