I had a really disappointing experience at this nail extension salon. I went there for my first-ever nail extensions and showed them a specific ombre nail reference picture with exact colors that I wanted. Before starting, they confidently assured me that they could recreate the same design and color combination. However, after almost everything was done, they suddenly informed me that the exact shade was not available. At that point, I was already getting very late and didn’t have enough time to rethink or choose another design. They still assured me that the final result would look very similar to the reference picture, so I trusted them and agreed to continue. Unfortunately, the end result looked nothing like what I had asked for and I was very dissatisfied. On top of that, after reaching home, I noticed visible nail particles and improper filing/finishing on several nails, which clearly showed lack of attention to detail and poor hygiene standards. When I contacted them regarding the issue, they initially told me they would fix everything free of cost and even mentioned that they would redo the nails from scratch. Based on that assurance, I visited the salon again after two days. But once I reached there, the staff changed their statement and said they could not redo the full set for free and would only do a refill instead. Since I had an important function to attend and no other option at that moment, I ended up paying around ₹900 for the refill as well. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, especially for someone getting nail extensions for the first time. I would not recommend this place.
