I worked with them for several years on freelance projects and had the l opportunity to not only get to know the company, but also the people. I believe wholeheartedly in their assessments, and this company. They ARE the standard of excellence when it comes to behavioral assessments. I’ve taken quite a few other assessments over the years and the results have been decent. But the product itself, and the skill the customer service team has in explaining the results, have given me more insights into my own behavioral strengths and challenges than all the others combined.

Customer service is responsive. Assessments provided a good tool to help focus some of our interview questions. As with any behavioral assessment, I would caution employers from relying too heavily on the analysis provided, but it does provide a helpful bit of additional context. I look forward to diving in with our existing staff to explore workstyles.
