The Towman Towing &RecoveryPROVerified business?

The tow truck driver was this SUPER sweet guy named Daniel. He was so helpful and very careful with loading my car on the bed of the tow truck. Price was super fair, less than the other towing companies I called.

I wish we could give this place 0 stars. I am definitely filling a cfb complaint. The manager and owner of this place (the actual physical office location where you pick up your car after it’s towed) are as crooked as can be! And extremely rude and unprofessional to a grieving family. The owner we spoke with on the phone is an absolutely horrible and unprofessional individual and the guy who I assume is the manager was even worse! A family member called the day prior advising my cousin who passed away car was towed and an argument ensued because of his unprofessionalism. So today we get there to get the car and it went downhill, the manager accused me of arguing with him on the phone the day prior and I never spoke to this man a day in my life until today, then he told us the car had a lien, so we called capital one and guess what they advised also there was nothing active in the system for that car since the day it was sold to my deceased cousin! So the fact they said that lets me know this place is crooked. After being caught in their LIE the manager was like okay I’ll work with you all. Then it was it all these charges they made up and then the manager said we had to PAY HIM to get the car released, so my cousin whom is POA over my cousins estate literally had to pay him, plus pay the fees they made up, like a $240 lien fee , and they extra fee for this and that. Then as soon as we leave we find the title so not only did this place charge $240 for some made up lien fee they said the county made them charge. However, we still paid it which was over $500 because we needed the car away from them. But here comes the other part we tried to pay for it with debit card and they said they never take card they are only cash, which later found out it was a lie. But there is more, never got the registration ended up asking several times only for the guy to say it’s somewhere around the office ! How are you a place of business and can’t find our paperwork. Then we asked several times for the manager to give us a receipt which he NEVER printed out, and after asking a few times he said he sent it to the phone, guess what never got it !! The final part that was just ridiculous , the car was in the second parking space by the gate and that took almost an hour to bring the car out simply because the manager wanted to be difficult. We have already reported this place and they absolutely need to be investigated because I really feel that guy pocketed that money we paid today.

My Range Rover overheated on i95 they responded quick and had me towed to my location within 45 mins. The tow truck showed up in 10 mins. Great service.
