The TrailerShopPROVerified business?

Make sure you look up the reviews of Quality Cargo LLC out of Georgia. This is the supplier they use. The quality of the trailer I bought is not acceptable. When I got home to finally take a look at everything in more detail I found a number of things that raised a red flag. I drove 8 hours to get this trailer and the brake light stopped working half way home. I looked at the connector and it looked as though it had been spray painted and used. The screws are not set properly. The metal looks like it was cut with a hacksaw. The caulk job to try to hide it is horrendous. This trailer looks like it was rushed in every sense of the word. I’d purchase from some where else if you want a trailer that’s not full of holes and jagged edges.

Great experience! The service was outstanding. Called the owner up explained the situation I was in and in need of a trailer just after closing. He waited after closing just so I was able to purchase. Thanks again for all your help!

I contacted Barry after finding a listing on Facebook Marketplace to inquire if he had a specific trailer in stock. The enclosed trailer I was looking for he did not have in stock, so he took down my order and said I'll have it here in a week. I was a tad concerned about a one week order/build/deliver since I was going on vacation and had a small window I would be in NC to pick it up. His communication was superb, always answered the phone and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. When I arrived to pick up our enclosed trailer, he was polite and took care of all my needs. One tire was low on air, I asked to have it filled, in place of just filling it, they replaced the whole rim and tire with a new one. I took my 9 hour drive home, the trailer pulled straight and great. I searched for months to get a great price and a solid trailer.....and Barry delivered!!! He posted a photo of me with our new trailer and I was quite surprised by his commentary, because he remembered everything we talked about! Go see Barry, he's awesome.
