Jas and His Team did an amazing job in My new to Me Home of installation of 220v power and exhaust to accommodate a dryer and solved some other electrical issues. So grateful for Their work and professionalism.

I would not recommend The Wire Guys and its boss, Jasjot Kohli, to my worst acquaintance. On February 25 two kitchen wall plugs failed. I called The Wire Guys. On Feb. 26 Jas and two workers arrived. While completing wiring work Jas informed me our fuse panel needed new circuit breakers. I asked how much "for all of this". He said $1,150.00. I agreed. Expecting quick completion of the work I foolishly gave a part-payment of $1,000.00. But Jas did not order the circuit breakers or return. For more than a month I called and emailed. He ignored me. On Easter Sunday, April 5, both plugs failed. I called Jas, left messages but got no response. Then my wife called and said we would contact our lawyer. THEN Jas responded in an email. Said he was in Mexico. Late afternoon, April 13, Jas briefly visited. He got the plugs working, more or less, but said we could use only one at a time. He said he would contact B.C. Hydro and call me "tomorrow". But he did not call me "tomorrow". Appreciating that Jas is totally unreliable I decided to see how long he would take. After 5 days (April 18), one plug again failed. On May 2, the second plug failed. May 4, I called Jas. Courteously but firmly I told him he should immediately reimburse me my $1,000.00 and that I would get someone else to do the work. He said I should get the new electrician to send him the bill. I got off the phone, decided his suggestion was total nonsense and quickly phoned back. Told Jas that he or his men should come by, confirm that their work had failed and return me my $1,000.00. No Wire Guys person ever came by. Over time I called on 4 or 5 occasions and realized I was wasting my time, that The Wire Guys are liars, thoroughly dishonest, and had robbed me of $1,000.00. With The Wire Guys having Better Business Bureau accreditation, (a paid-for service) I called BBB. Twice they have sent Jas notices to respond to my complaint and twice he has ignored their notices. He really thinks he can walk off with my $1,000.00.

This was our third time using The Wire Guys and again they did a great job! NaNak removed an old, noisy ceiling fan in the main bedroom and replaced it with a silent, modern one that works like a charm. He called before arriving, removed the old fan, installed the new fan, showed us how to work the remote control and then cleaned up the area and took the old fan away to be recycled. We are very happy with the services The Wire Guys have provided us and would recommend them for anyone's electrical needs.
