I live at Lakeside Nest, moved in June 3rd of this year.The process for an approval was astonishing and exciting, Mrs. Tiffany and her team at Koda went above and beyond. She is the property manager she was very nice and professional, my rental agents were J.D. and Jane very professional, but pleasant they made things a lot easier, it didn’t take long at all to get an approval.. My move-in was amazing. J.D. knew exactly what I wanted, a quiet serene location, so he chose my apartment right by the lake, I love my new apartment, it’s quiet, for the most part, lil kids do run in the hallway, but they are kids.. My apartment needed a few repairs, the maintenance team came every time I needed them, one maintenance man stood out, his name is Hose’, Hose’ came and repaired my kitchen plumbing, and disposal… I had a Ring camera, but I didn’t have the necessary tools, I asked Hose’ can he just place the panel part, he didn’t waste time, he immediately put that ring up for me in minutes… Shout out to Koda Properties for having such a great team. From the Property Manager Tiffany, The two exceptional Agents: J. D. and Jane, The maintenance team: Hose’ and his supervisor and team. I appreciate you all more than you know, Thank you all for blessing me, and making things a lot easier… I thank God for Lakeside Nest, it’s gonna be my home until I purchase my own home.. . Since I been residing here I haven’t had any problems, I was living with my daughter in a place right down the road, my car was vandalized, someone knocked my bumper completely off, scratched it all up, I called the police, couldn’t identify anyone, because no cameras, no security around, but here at Lakeside Nest there’s cameras on each building, as well as gate access at the entrance…. I feel safe here at Lakeside Nest, if anyone looking to live nearby or in this area: Lakeside Nest would be the place to live, as long as you’re quiet , don’t bring any drama, nor insects or rodents…. They also have pest control come out every Thursday, and landscaping team comes out on Fridays, if weather permits…. I wanted to share my experience here at Lakeside Nest❤️

Very smooth and easy application process. They work with all types of situations so don’t hesitate to apply. The complex is huge and offers 2 pools, dog park, basketball court, and other amenities. My unit was newly renovated and you can tell they did a thorough job with the renovations. The paint isn’t sloppy everything looks polished like it’s supposed too. Maintenance is on POINT! Every time I put in a request it’s filled same day or next. JD and Ms Tiffany are so accommodating. I truly love my experience thus far.

Work in property management in Jacksonville. Been living here for three years and could not be happier with my living situation. Paying some of the lowest rent in the market and receiving top notch service from the current management company. Maintenance requests get responded to within two days, if not one. Amenities include basketball court, chalk zone, pools, and gorgeous lake that I walk around every morning. What else could I ask for. Keep up the great work!
