Had clients flying in for a building tour and our office had been closed all week due to the ice and snow. As I could not get to my office to print and bind the tour books, I was able to put the electronic tour package together and email it to Thomas Printworks after 4PM (the close at 5PM). We needed the package printed and bound (3 copies) by 8AM the next morning (they open at 8AM). They got this completed, and left it wrapped up outside their front door by 5:05 PM. I have always been impressed with the projects I have tasked them with over the years, however, given the road conditions and extremely short timeframe, I feel they went over and above any expectations I had. Cynthia was so kind to go over everything and confirm what I wanted and that it could be accomplised in the timeframe I had and followed up with me after the completion.
