I bought custom fabricated Corten steel garden edging with heavy duty stake pins from Blake who delivered to our place on the same day (on a long weekend public holiday). Within this past year, I have come across dodgy trades people from plumber, carpenter, roofers, landscapers and builders who didn’t finish the job as agreed or gave me outrageous quote. What a relief I felt to have met Blake. He is passionate about what he does, he has a genuine desire to help his customers’ needs, his price is absolutely reasonable(I would have paid more at Bunnings for a similar item with less quality and not custom made), his honesty and kindness is there to see when you meet him. My review might sound a bit over the top and probably due to my prior frustration with other tradesmen but we need more people like Blake to succeed and do really well in Australia. I recently had Thompson & Co install corten steel edging, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding the edging looks fantastic and has really elevated the overall finish of the garden.

A few months ago we had our old existing uneven back garden path replaced with concrete by Thompson & Co. The guys arrived on time, they were polite and cleaned up before they left each day. We love our garden & I was very impressed by the care they took not to injure or damage our existing ornamental fig & climbing rose. We discussed concrete colours & what would look nice & we are very happy with the colour. The concrete dried well, no cracks, lumps or discolouration anywhere. We had the team install concrete borders along the edging of the lawn & Corten Steele around the Camilla bush & path. The curve & colour of the steele looks great. It is non slip, the path is flat & easy to walk or for our little grandson to be able to ride his little tricycle along it in a couple of years.
