What a joke. I don't think the woman in their graduated high school or even grade school. By law you're supposed to give a receipt back whenever you pay. Never got one. They keep telling me that I owed money whenever I paid more than I was supposed to each month. But yeah it won't provide a receipt. They said that they didn't have time for this. If you don't have time to provide a receipt you shouldn't be in business simple as that sounds like a call to the better Business bureau.

I called to ask a few questions and the lady that answered acted like she was being bothered to work. I was still talking and she hung up on me. She is very unprofessional and very rude. I would not recommend if you want to speak to someone friendly. Quit your job if you're unhappy and don't take it out on people that are looking for help. The BBB report is next.
