I had a great experience at the Wayne Tile Outlet. I was actually trying to go to the main store in Wayne, but my GPS brought me here instead and I’m really glad it did. I was searching for a discontinued tile and wasn’t expecting much luck. Andrew went above and beyond to help. Even though the system showed no inventory, he took the time to physically check the back storage and managed to find two boxes for me. That level of effort really stood out. He was incredibly courteous, even walking me out and helping load the tiles into my car. Another team member, Rich, was also very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. This kind of service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tile or home improvement materials.

I love the service here. There is knowledge with no upsell. I've been going to them for almost 30 years, sometimes not for over a decade and the service and quality is what you would expect. Rich is a former installer who can answer any of your questions and not be afraid to tell you if something won't work.
We were searching for tile/stone for a refacing of our fireplace went to Wayne tile outlet and found quite a few choices Since we only need a small amount we were able to find a very reasonable Marble tile and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out
