Tim is an outstanding family court attorney for custody cases and child support cases and very reasonalble with his rates and hours to complete a case. He knows the law extremly well and will look into the law to see if there are any other options instead of going down the same old road. I ahve been divorced for 15 years and my ex-husband has had me in court almost every year for 15 years. Tim is one of the best attorneys I have used. He also is truly a person of good character, family oriented and honest. All around a terrific person. You won't be unhappy you used him.

Ethics!!!! I’m pretty sure who’s side Tim is on is great due to his knowledge of criminal law and is ability to set things up preemptively before you file. But what he lacks is ethics for the entire family. He allows or tells his clients how to manipulate the law. Don’t believe me come in on my court proceedings or let’s make them instantly public view! I’m sure Tim would not like to do this!

Mr. Hennessy is a great lawyer and person. He has helped us with our case and devoted a lot of time and effort to get great results. He was an appointed attorney at the time and still gave it everything he could to help us. We will always be indented to him for his efforts and results in a tough case.
