What stood out most was how attentive and encouraging the staff were. Phil always took the time to answer my questions. Kelsey really explained what each treatment was doing, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout each session. The newcomer, Ellie, makes sure the environment is welcoming, upbeat, and very professional. I’ve been really impressed with the care, the technology, and the overall experience. They took the time to explain the service, answered all my questions, and created an experience tailored to my needs.
